Chandler Gallery is a year-round, non-profit art gallery run almost entirely by volunteers. It is part of the Chandler Cultural Center, and lives in the same building as the historic Chandler Music Hall.
The Gallery holds approximately 8 shows a year, covering a wide range of artists, artisans, crafters in a wide range of mediums. April is the month for the opening of the annual "Local Artist Show" scheduled to coincide with the popular "Mud Season Talent Show" presented in the Music Hall next door. From this show, winners are chosen for the "Winners Show" to open in the fall of the following year. From a single renowned artist to an acclaimed traveling show like the "Art of Iraqi Children", Chandler Gallery's varied and impressive shows are influenced by the enthusiasm, style and innovation of the creators while simultaneously complementing the performances at the Music Hall. Also scheduled are occasional special talks, demonstrations and workshops.
The Gallery, is housed in the same structure as the Music Hall. This space was the Parish House for Bethany Church until 1979. The Parish House was aquired by the Albert B. Chandler Cultural Foundation from Bethany Church as the Cultural Center, and deeded directly to the Town of Randolph.
The Gallery is always on the lookout for new and creative exhibits to feature. Do you think the Gallery may be an appropriate venue for your work? Contact us.
